*Update 04/01/2025*
We received notice that our COVID-era funding through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was included in the federal government’s termination and stop work order issued on March 24, 2025. Unfortunately, this means the NECPA can no longer cover parking costs for attendees as originally planned. We sincerely apologize for this change.
To purchase a parking pass, visit UNL Parking & Transit Services and obtain a visitor parking permit through the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Parking Portal.
If you are affiliated with another campus within the University of Nebraska System, please contact your campus parking office to determine what steps are needed to process your reciprocal parking privileges at UNL.
